A Time to Focus on Being a Better Self

Soon it will be January, 2018, a time to focus on being a better self.
This may include:
− Making healthier eating choices
− Exercising more
− Adopting healthier attitudes.
You, or your family or friends, may be thinking of losing weight, and keeping it off, in 2018. As a member of your health care team, I have studied various weight loss programs and how well they work. My research has shown that a healthy, effective program needs to:
− Be low in carbohydrates and sugars
− Teach you how to prepare healthy meals using food you can buy at your local grocery store
− Avoid surgery, dangerous drugs or supplements, pre-packaged meals, or special equipment.
I have found a program that meets all my criteria. It includes:
− A pre-weight loss physical to be sure this program is right for you
− A 2-month weight loss kit to help you lose up to 45 lbs
− A recipe book containing 100 recipes to teach you how to prepare delicious, healthy meals
− Individual or group weigh-in visits to answer questions and help you stay on track
− Individual or group post-weight-loss visits for the balance of the year to help you keep the weight off.
